The optional analysis Add-on modules set provides powerful features for vibration and frequency analysis. The Octave-Analysis module analyzes incoming signals with digital filters, optimized to a 40 KHz sampling rate. Use the Transfer Function module and the Weighting module to freely weigh spectrums or the Convolution module with preset filter vectors. Coherence analysis, automatic average and weighing of transfer functions, as well as automatic acceptance values provide you with convenient handling for needed computation. The Universal Filter Module offers user defined digital FIR and IRR Filter. A useful filter wizard supports the creation of FIR filters. Classification Methods are the basis of Life Cycle test. The DASYLab classification options are implemented in the Rainflow and 2-Channel Classification modules. They contain all important methods to analyze time-stress functions. In addition to the most modern method, the Rainflow classification also provides other parametric methods based on DIN 45667. The 2-Channel classification allows you to link two time-stress functions to analyze load-bearing collectives. Up to 256 classes, settable hysteresis, conditions and the option to analyze apparent residues. This wide range of methods making this add-on a useful instrument for signal analysis. |
