The SL-4U-CL-P35-HA is a 4U, 19" rackmount computer, constructed with heavy-duty steel. It includes a highly efficient standard 300W ATX power supply that is UL, CSA, TUV, CE certified. The SL-4U-CL-P35-HA contains a cooling fan system and easy-to-maintain drive bays, capable of housing one half-height 3.5" disk drive, such as the optional 1.44MB floppy drive, and three 5.25" drive such as the included 16x SATA DVD-ROM, accessible from the front panel. The disk drives are protected from dirt, dust and other hazardous particles by a lockable front door panel.

The SL-4U-CL-P35-HA utilizes all name-brand parts. The motherboard is made by Gigabyte which utilizes the Intel P35 chipset and supports Intel's newest 45nm processor technology as well as the Core Quad line of processors. The SL-4U-CL-P35-HA comes standard a 1.8Ghz Intel Celeron Processor (Upgradeable up to Core 2 Quad), 512MB DDR2 667MHz RAM by Kingston (Upgradeable up to 8GB of 800MHz RAM), and an 80GB 7200 RPM SATA Western Digital Harddrive. Each of these are upgradeable to a wide range of options to meet all of your industrial computing needs. Also included is a 16x SATA DVD-ROM which can be upgraded to a CD-RW, a combination CD-RW/DVD drive or a combination DVD/RW and CD-RW drive. However, the main feature of the SL-4U-CL-P35-HA is its ability to take 5 standard 32-bit PCI expansion cards, in addition to 1 PCI-Express x16 card, and 1 PCI-Express x1 card.

The SL-4U-CL-P35-HA could be configured as an industrial 19" rack-mount or placed on a desktop for rugged commercial applications.
