The SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA is a 19" rackmount computer featuring a passive backplane with 20- slot PICMG, 18 PCI/1 PICMG/PCI, 1 ISA (other backplanes are also available; most recent CPU Boards do not support the older ISA style slot). The SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA is constructed with heavy-duty steel and meets the EIA RS-310C standard. It includes a highly efficient standard 400W ATX power supply that is UL, CSA, TUV, CE certified (other power supplies are available). The SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA contains a single large 84 CFM cooling fan with replaceable air filters and easy-to-maintain drive bays, capable of housing three half-height 5.25", and one half-height 3.5" disk drives accessible from the front panel. The disk drives are protected from dirt, dust and other hazardous particles by a lockable front door panel.

The SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA is made of the highest quality components. The SBC is Pentium 4 compatible, and features a 2.8Ghz Intel Celeron D Processor (Upgradeable up to Pentium D, Dual-Core Processors), and 256MB of Kingston DDR400 Memory. For storage, the SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA features an 80GB Serial ATA Western Digital Harddrive, giving faster access and transfer speeds. All of these can be upgraded to a large range of sizes and speeds. The SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA also features a CDRW/DVD Optical drive which can be upgraded to a CDRW/DVDRW drive.

The SL-4U-SBC-CL-865G-BA could be configured as an industrial 19" rack-mount or placed on a desktop by removing the chassis handles for rugged commercial applications. It is available in a wide range of system configurations, including backplanes, slot board computer, hard drives, and multimedia device upgrades.
