The SL-3U-SDCX-5000V-GC is a 3U, 19" extended chassis (19"W x 27.1"D x 5.25"H) rackmount computer, constructed with heavy-duty steel. It includes a highly efficient standard 550W EPS power supply that is UL, CSA, TUV, CE certified. The SL-3U-SDCX-5000V-GC contains a cooling fan system and easy-to-maintain drive bays, capable of housing two half-height 3.5" disk drives and four 5.25" drive bays accessible from the front panel. The disk drives are protected from dirt, dust and other hazardous particles by a lockable front door panel.

The SL-3U-SDCX-5000V-GC utilizes all name-brand parts. The motherboard is an Intel Dual Xeon Serverboard with the 5000V chipset which supports Intel's new Dual-Core Xeon processors. The SL-3U-SDCX-5000V-GC comes standard with a single 1.6Ghz Intel dual-core Xeon Processor, 1GB Fully Buffered ECC DDR2 RAM by Kingston, and a 80GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA Western Digital Harddrive. Each of these are upgradeable to a wide range of options to meet all of your industrial computing needs. Also included is a 16x SATA DVD-ROM which can be upgraded to a CD-RW, a combination CD-RW/DVD drive or a combination DVD/RW and CD-RW drive

The SL-3U-SDCX-5000V-GC could be configured as an industrial 19" rack-mount or placed on a desktop for rugged commercial applications.
