The CP8217Z Data Acquisition Module is a high resolution, 16-Bit, RS-485 data acquisition device. It accepts up to 8 differential mV, V & mA inputs. Two different sampling modes are provided - normal and fast. Normal mode gives a high 16-bit resolution with a sampling rate of 10 samples/second. When in fast mode, the CP8217Z can sample up to 60 times/second with a 12-bit resolution. The 8017Z also boasts a high ESD Protection (4 KV Contact for each Terminal, 8 KV Air for Random Point), along with over-voltage protection and intra-module isolation of 3000 VDC. The CP8217Z ships complete with RS-232 cable to connect to your PC's serial port, screw terminations for easy wiring, power supply and software for viewing data. Compatible with PCs and laptops running Windows '95, '98, ME, NT, 2000, XP or Vista, this is truly a flexible, cross-platform data acquisition device. |
