	FULL DESCRIPTION

	The CP8280 Counter/Frequency Module provides two 32-bit counter input channels, 1Hz to 100kHz frequency menasurement, and two digital output channels. The CP8280 ships complete with RS232 cable to connect to your PC's serial port, screw terminations for easy wiring, power supply and software for viewing data. Compatible with PCs and laptops running Windows '95, '98, ME, NT, 2000, XP or Vista, this is truly a flexible, cross-platform data acquisition device.
