Where is SuperLogics located?

SuperLogics is headquartered in Natick, Massachusetts, USA. Design, assembly, testing, and technical support are all handled from our Natick facility — when you call SuperLogics, you speak directly with a SuperLogics employee in Massachusetts.

When was SuperLogics founded?

SuperLogics was founded in 1994. For more than three decades, the company has designed and assembled Intel®-based rackmount and panel computers for industrial, OEM, laboratory, and enterprise customers.

Is SuperLogics a U.S.-based manufacturer?

What is the difference between an industrial computer and a consumer PC?

Industrial computers are engineered for continuous operation, long-term availability, and stable, repeatable configurations; consumer PCs are designed for cost and short retail life cycles. SuperLogics industrial systems use validated components from manufacturers such as Intel® and Kingston®, are assembled and tested to order, and are offered on platforms intended to remain available for years — essential when a deployed system must be replaced or repurchased identically.

Can I customize a SuperLogics computer?

Yes — most SuperLogics systems are built to order. You can configure the processor, memory, storage, operating system, expansion cards, and more directly on each product page and see pricing update as you go. For requirements beyond the online options — custom imaging, branding, special I/O, or fully custom builds — our engineering team works from your specification.

Does SuperLogics support legacy hardware and software requirements?

Yes. SuperLogics supports legacy requirements on many platforms, including PCI expansion and serial (RS-232/422/485) I/O, along with configurations that keep long-standing industrial software running. If you are replacing an aging system, our team can match or migrate the configuration.

Section 3

Reliability & lifecycle

What components does SuperLogics use?

SuperLogics builds with components from trusted manufacturers such as Intel®, Kingston®, Western Digital®, and Seagate®. Systems ship fully assembled with only the operating system and software you choose — we never preload trial software or bloatware.

How are SuperLogics systems tested before shipping?

Every SuperLogics system is assembled, configured, and tested at our Natick, Massachusetts facility before it ships, so it arrives ready to deploy with the operating system and software you specified.

What is MTBF, and does SuperLogics publish reliability data?

MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is a statistical estimate of a system's reliability, expressed in hours of operation. SuperLogics publishes its MTBF methodology so customers can see exactly how reliability figures are calculated for our systems.

Read the full MTBF Methodology.

How long do SuperLogics systems stay available for purchase?

SuperLogics offers long-life rackmount and panel PC platforms designed for extended availability, so a system you validate today can be repurchased consistently in the future. Configuration stability and lifecycle guidance are available for OEM and regulated deployments — tell us your expected deployment window and we will recommend the right platform.

Section 4
